The GRIT Hub (TGH) is a weekly drop-in for youths (ages 13 to 17) that aims to support youths to grow resilient in coping with challenges and become caring individuals who contribute to their community. TGH provides a fun and relaxed place to make new friends and engage in different peer-led activities while connecting with supportive volunteers. With a semi-structured approach, youths have ready access to a safe space to mingle with peers under the care of friendly staff and volunteers, while also being challenged to step out of their comfort zone during planned activities.
Some highlight activities include GRIT Kitchen: a fun session involving food preparation, GRIT Speaks: a group sharing time about issues facing youths, GRIT Art: an avenue for creative expression and fun holiday youth engagements such as outing to Sentosa, high elements and more!
