As we approach the festive season, many of us have the opportunity to spoil our loved ones with thoughtful gifts and surprises. However, let’s remember there are many out there who are unable to do so readily due to financial struggles.  

Through our annual Season of Giving campaign, you can share your blessings with those in need. A donation of any amount contributes to festive love gifts for those struggling financially, and also supports all of Lakeside’s work.  

Our wide range of programmes and services provide holistic care for vulnerable individuals and families, develop resilience in disadvantaged children, mould troubled youths into contributing individuals, empower active seniors to help lonely seniors, assist ex-offenders in reintegrating into society, and help women with unsupported pregnancies.  

As many beneficiaries we serve have felt the impact of inflation and higher costs of living, your donations can bring them joy and good cheer. This season, let us intentionally be a blessing to others! 

 

Campaign period: 1 December 2023 – 31 March 2024​

Donate $50 to provide 1 client with a Restart Kit covering transport & basic necessities for 1 week, helping ex-offenders reintegrate into the community

Donate $200 to fund 2 months’ youth activities and sports for engagement with an at-risk youth

Donate $600 to provide 1 low-income family with 2 month’s supply of essential food and school items

Donate $1,000 to fund 1 month’s individualised reading intervention services for 6 children from low-income families with learning difficulties
