We are seeking a Community Partnerships Executive / Senior Executive to manage and expand volunteer initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage stakeholders and the community for the recruitment, selection and deployment of volunteers.
  • Involve in recruiting and screening of suitable volunteers to match their interest and strengths to the relevant service area.
  • Organise on-boarding and training sessions for volunteers.
  • Develop a comprehensive volunteer retention programme.
  • Develop, implement, and review the training, development, and engagement plans for volunteers.
  • Develop and implement plans to foster a volunteer friendly culture and volunteer appreciation within Lakeside.
  • Maintain records of volunteers’ data, training and volunteering log.
  • Assist with department’s events / projects.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • A recognized Diploma with related discipline, preferably Business, Human Resources, Hospitality or Event Management.
  • Related experience in volunteer-related work an added advantage.
  • Strong interest in community work, with a customer service orientation and good stakeholder awareness.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess an enthusiastic personality.
  • A collaborative team player, and requires minimum supervision.
  • People-oriented and willing to work the ground.
  • Organised and meticulous.
  • Comfortable working with colleagues, partners and volunteers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Resourceful and innovative.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Comfortable using volunteer management system to manage volunteers’ information.
  • May require to work on occasional weekdays evening and Saturdays due to events / schedule of volunteers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the full scope of HR functions including recruitment and selection , onboarding and orientation, compensation & benefits, training and development, performance management and termination.
  • Manage and guide a team of HR professionals to provide a holistic HR support system for the entire organization.
  • Enhance and implement the human resource management policies, programmes, and practices of the organization.
  • Provide strategic human resource directions in the areas of employee value proposition, organisation branding, talent management, succession planning, manpower planning, and budgeting.
  • Guide and support the various department heads in the use of human resource management systems and tools, for the purpose of strengthening and streamlining the HR processes.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Management or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a HR Manager, including implementing HR strategies for an organization.
  • Willingness and ability to be involved in daily HR operations, as required.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communication skills.
  • A team player who is able to fit in well with a supportive and collaborative team culture.
  • Preferably relevant experience working in the Social Service Sectors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the HR department and ensuring smooth HR processes.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely payroll computation and processing.
  • Assist with income tax submissions.
  • Address applicants and employee inquiry.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, selection, onboarding, and offboarding, conduct staff orientation.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist with the annual performance appraisal.
  • Support manpower planning, budgeting, and the development of training programs.
  • Administer Learning and Development initiatives and coordinate related training programs.
  • Apply for government training grants (e.g., NCSS VCF, SDF grants via the Skill Connect Portal).
  • Organise company events, employee engagement initiatives, and staff bonding activities.
  • Any other Ad-Hoc Duties.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR or an internship in a similar role preferred.
  • Good understanding of local employment laws and HR regulations.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with government authorities on HR-related matters

Job Responsibilities:

1. Casework and counselling

– Develop, implement and follow up on case plans and interventions.
– Engage clients and significant others in a therapeutic manner to understand their needs.

2. Advocate for vulnerable individuals and families, collaborating with community partners to ensure access to equal opportunities.

3. Participate in client and community assessments, group work processes, and specialized interventions to address specific needs.

4. Community Networking and Outreach

– Network and collaborate with stakeholders including outreach, needs assessment, and developing and executing relevant programmes and services.

5. Programme Development and Research

– Identify service gaps in response to client needs and make recommendations to improve programmes.
– Participate and support relevant research.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Graduate Diploma in Social Work, or related disciplines.
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience in social work or counseling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage caseload effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide counselling support for individuals & families facing issues relating to family relationship, marriage or divorce.
  • Conduct intervention programmes and services for families and children who are impacted by divorce.
  • Support practice research and evaluation efforts.
  • Conduct clinical and administrative supervision.
  • Assess supervisees’ training needs and enhance their professional growth.
  • Support in implementation of FAM@FSC’s practice standards and processes.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or Graduate Diploma in Social Work, Counselling or related fields.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience working with families or children.
  • Certificate in Supervision (or equivalent) is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide counselling support for individuals & families facing issues relating to family relationship, marriage or divorce.
  • Conduct intervention programmes and services for families and children who are impacted by divorce.
  • Support practice research and evaluation efforts.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or Graduate Diploma in Social Work, Counselling or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with families or children.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide case management and appropriate level of care through risk assessment, care planning, and interventions to youths at risk and their families.
  • Collaborate with schools and community stakeholders to implement a holistic intervention and supportive care plan for youths and families.
  • Conduct and facilitate psycho-education group sessions according to the curriculum provided to youths.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Candidate possesses minimum Degree/postgraduate in Social Work or Counselling.
  • Relevant work experience of at least 1 years with youths and families is preferred.
  • Preferably trained in YLS (Youth Level of Service).
  • Knowledge and ability to case assess, engage, and carry out intervention plans in a timely manner.
  • Be able to work with clients in time-based programs to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Good team player with interpersonal skills in working with youth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage weekly programmes across centres.
  • Collaborate effectively with parents, volunteers, and community stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective classroom management and create a conducive learning environment.
  • Assess students’ learning needs and set realistic, measurable goals for progress.
  • Recruit, screen, orientate, and train new volunteers.
  • Provide on-the-job coaching and guidance to support volunteer development.
  • Organise and facilitate events, outings, and holiday programmes.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Diploma in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related qualifications.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to engage and make strong children/volunteer connections.
  • Genuine passion for working with children (4 to 8 years old).
  • Competency in basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office) is a plus.
  • Comfortable to work on Saturday mornings during school terms.
