Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the HR department and ensuring smooth HR processes.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely payroll computation and processing.
  • Assist with income tax submissions.
  • Address applicants and employee inquiry.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, selection, onboarding, and offboarding, conduct staff orientation.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist with the annual performance appraisal.
  • Support manpower planning, budgeting, and the development of training programs.
  • Administer Learning and Development initiatives and coordinate related training programs.
  • Apply for government training grants (e.g., NCSS VCF, SDF grants via the Skill Connect Portal).
  • Organise company events, employee engagement initiatives, and staff bonding activities.
  • Any other Ad-Hoc Duties.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR or an internship in a similar role preferred.
  • Good understanding of local employment laws and HR regulations.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with government authorities on HR-related matters

Job Responsibilities:

1. Casework and counselling

– Develop, implement and follow up on case plans and interventions.
– Engage clients and significant others in a therapeutic manner to understand their needs.

2. Advocate for vulnerable individuals and families, collaborating with community partners to ensure access to equal opportunities.

3. Participate in client and community assessments, group work processes, and specialized interventions to address specific needs.

4. Community Networking and Outreach

– Network and collaborate with stakeholders including outreach, needs assessment, and developing and executing relevant programmes and services.

5. Programme Development and Research

– Identify service gaps in response to client needs and make recommendations to improve programmes.
– Participate and support relevant research.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Graduate Diploma in Social Work, or related disciplines.
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience in social work or counseling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage caseload effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide counselling support for individuals & families facing issues relating to family relationship, marriage or divorce.
  • Conduct intervention programmes and services for families and children who are impacted by divorce.
  • Support practice research and evaluation efforts.
  • Conduct clinical and administrative supervision.
  • Assess supervisees’ training needs and enhance their professional growth.
  • Support in implementation of FAM@FSC’s practice standards and processes.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or Graduate Diploma in Social Work, Counselling or related fields.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience working with families or children.
  • Certificate in Supervision (or equivalent) is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Designing, planning, implementing and managing weekly programme( Drop-in centre for Children, Drop-in centre for Youth, Mentoring Programmes for Youth, School Holiday Workshops for Parents and Children)
  • To support Team Lead in reviewing the effectiveness of programme.
  • Developing training materials for volunteers.
  • Manage and train volunteers.
  • To identify upcoming trends in the community and follow best practices to enhance programmes impact.
  • Review and evaluate programmes for impact study.
  • Maintain client records to ensure that it is accurate and timely for data analysis.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Diploma in Social Scienes, Social Work, Counselling, Sociology or relevant related qualifications
  • Collaborative & Team Oriented – Able to work independently and with cross centre Teams
  • Organised and detailed oriented in planning children and youth services programmes to achieve desired outcomes
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in working with youths-at-risk
  • Adaptable and flexible to shifting work hours to ensure smooth delivery of programmes – working on Saturday Morning
