We are seeking a Community Partnership Executive / Senior Executive to manage and expand volunteer initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
- Actively engage stakeholders and the community for the recruitment, selection and deployment of volunteers
- Involve in recruiting and screening of suitable volunteers to match their interest and strengths to the relevant service area
- Organise on-boarding and training sessions for volunteers
- Develop a comprehensive volunteer retention programme
- Develop, implement, and review the training, development, and engagement plans for volunteers
- Develop and implement plans to foster a volunteer friendly culture and volunteer appreciation within Lakeside
- Maintain records of volunteers’ data, training and volunteering log
- Assist with department’s events / projects
Candidate Requirements:
- A recognized Diploma with related discipline, preferably Business, Human Resources, Hospitality or Event Management
- Related experience in volunteer-related work an added advantage
- Strong interest in community work, with a customer service orientation and good stakeholder awareness
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess an enthusiastic personality
- A collaborative team player, and requires minimum supervision
- People-oriented and willing to work the ground
- Organised and meticulous
- Comfortable working with colleagues, partners and volunteers from diverse backgrounds
- Resourceful and innovative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Comfortable using volunteer management system to manage volunteers’ information
- May require to work on occasional weekdays evening and Saturdays due to events / schedule of volunteers
