We are seeking a Community Partnership Executive / Senior Executive to manage and expand volunteer initiatives.

As we continue to expand our services, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage stakeholders and the community for the recruitment, selection and deployment of volunteers
  • Involve in recruiting and screening of suitable volunteers to match their interest and strengths to the relevant service area
  • Organise on-boarding and training sessions for volunteers
  • Develop a comprehensive volunteer retention programme
  • Develop, implement, and review the training, development, and engagement plans for volunteers
  • Develop and implement plans to foster a volunteer friendly culture and volunteer appreciation within Lakeside
  • Maintain records of volunteers’ data, training and volunteering log
  • Assist with department’s events / projects

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • A recognized Diploma with related discipline, preferably Business, Human Resources, Hospitality or Event Management
  • Related experience in volunteer-related work an added advantage
  • Strong interest in community work, with a customer service orientation and good stakeholder awareness
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess an enthusiastic personality
  • A collaborative team player, and requires minimum supervision
  • People-oriented and willing to work the ground
  • Organised and meticulous
  • Comfortable working with colleagues, partners and volunteers from diverse backgrounds
  • Resourceful and innovative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Comfortable using volunteer management system to manage volunteers’ information
  • May require to work on occasional weekdays evening and Saturdays due to events / schedule of volunteers

Job Responsibilities:

  • Offer Casework and Counselling services for individuals and families.
  • Plan and conduct groupwork and community outreach engagement.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree or Post-Graduate in Social Work, Graduate Diploma in Social Work from NUS/SUSS
  • Preferable minimum 2 years of relevant experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Passion in working with families and community partners.
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide counselling support for individuals & families facing issues relating to family relationship, marriage or divorce.
  • Conduct intervention programmes and services for families and children who are impacted by divorce
  • Support practice research and evaluation efforts

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or Graduate Diploma in Social Work, Counselling or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with families or children

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide counselling support for individuals & families facing issues relating to family relationship, marriage or divorce
  • Conduct intervention programmes and services for families and children who are impacted by divorce
  • Support practice research and evaluation efforts
  • Conduct clinical and administrative supervision
  • Assess supervisees’ training needs and enhance their professional growth
  • Support in implementation of FAM@FSC’s practice standards and processes.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or Graduate Diploma in Social Work, Counselling or related fields
  • Minimum 7 years of experience working with families or children
  • Certificate in Supervision (or equivalent) is an added advantage
